1. Acceptance

By installing or using Chati.dev (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

Chati.dev grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your own development projects. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the Software or your license key.

3. Accounts & License Keys

Each license key is tied to a single user account and a limited number of machines as specified in your plan. Sharing license keys is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

4. Trial

Trial licenses are valid for 14 days from activation. Only one trial per account is allowed. Trial keys expire automatically and do not renew.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the Software to build a competing product
  • Circumvent license validation mechanisms
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chati.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss or loss of profits.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
